Huntingdon Life Sciences STAPLES audience New York City 6-22-08

In solidarity with animal rights activists across the United States demonstrating in the first Staples Weekend of Action, NYC activists gathered outside the Staples at 2248 Broadway to shame them for their involvement with Huntingdon Life Sciences, a brutal animal torture lab that kills 500 animals a day to test crap like Splenda and tanning lotion. There's no excuse for animal abuse and one day Staples will finally own up to their own "Staples Soul" code of ethics and cut their ties to Huntingdon Life Sciences. Until they do cut their ties to HLS, activists across the globe will be back to protest at stores again and again.
